Features
Engineered for convenience of usage and minimum maintenance our pneumatic lug capping machine’s frame is constructed using metal with a stainless steel capping die. The top hand lever is pressed. Capping handle is turned 45 degrees for capping. A compact desktop design leads to its small footprint but its capable of production of about 15-20 bottles per minute. Operating the machine is fairly straightforward, the filled jar/bottle with the cap on top is placed on the bottle table then the pneumatic foot switch is pressed and the capping head seals on the cap.
