Features
Made from stainless steel sheets, our manual ROPP machine has a compact and portable tabletop design. This machine is easy to operate – the bottle with the cap placed on it is positioned manually at the centre of the head, with the help of the guide provided, the operator then has to press a foot switch to tighten the caps. The capping Head is provided with a total of 4 rollers, where 2 rollers are pilfering the caps and the other 2 form the thread on the cap. The machine is capable of various cap sizes and bottle/container heights. About 2-3 bottles can be capped per minute
