Features
This semi-automatic volumetric liquid filling machines are perfect for filling short runs of a few thousand containers at a time. With a frame made of mild steel, stainless steel sheets and stainless steel syringe pumps it has a compact and portable tabletop design and is very easy to operate. The output quantity is adjustable with a Variable Frequency Drive to control speed and variants are available from 5ml to 1000ml. About 10 to 24 fills can be achieved per minute depending on viscosity of the liquid and speed of the operator to load and unload. Anti Foam Mechanism Option available.
The machine has two or four head(s) and variants are available with the following capacities with the help of different syringes:
